Honestly no reason to complain. Nice looking hotel with magnificent location also close to the Autobahn. The rooms with bathroom, opening windows, for instance. The stuff - easy going and extremely friendly. Location close enough to a wonderful nature, and police station.

The convenient location is just a short walk to a beautiful waterfall and the Gottard tunnel/pass - can't get better than this place.

The recently renovated rooms at Albergo Faido are awesome! I loved having my own private bathroom, it made me feel so comfortable. The TV was a nice touch too, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathrooms.

Staff friendly, breakfast good, near highway, easy to find. Limited English but no communication issues. Parking in front, costs 1 CHF per hr, free overnight. Stunning location for hiking, spacious room, comfy bed. Free parking nearby, supermarkets close. Staff helpful, dinner enjoyable.

We stumbled upon a hotel in a small town nestled in a scenic valley. The location is fantastic, with a magnificent waterfall, Cascata Piumogna, nearby where we enjoyed leisurely walks. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the police station, ensuring a sense of security. We were delighted to find a spacious square right in front of the hotel with ample parking space. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided helpful service with their limited language skills. The breakfast, although unremarkable, was included in our stay.

The hotel could benefit from some refurbishing, with the corridors and rooms in need of fresh paint, new furniture, and updated decorations.
